Tired…
Man o man what a week. What I thought was going to be nice and quiet work week turned into one huge fuck fest. We got hit with a virus, had the network get f’ed up, and two nics on one of the webservers failed at the same time. All of these events independent of each other, all happening around the same time…can my luck get any better? I’m hoping, bought a powerball ticket yesterday.
Rocky Balboa
I really enjoyed this film. Yes it was a formulaic, a little cheesy, and a bit out there. But hey, I love this character and everything he stands for. And that to me is why I like this film. It’s another chapter in the life of a character that I love. It’s the same allure that I have for the Star Wars novels.
Unlike other films based in Philadelphia a la Invincible, Rocky Balboa was actually shot in Philly, with locations that can be recognized, and sky line shots that actually look like the city.
And lastly the boxing match between Sly and Tarver looked really good. With the first two rounds and the last round being presented completely uninterrupted, as if you were actually watching it on hbo. The choreography was pretty good, of course it was nothing like a real fight, if only real fights looked like that, but it was pretty exciting.
I can’t recommend this movie enough.

X-Mas Eve Stuff…
So it's X-Mas eve...and I'm fooling with my xbox. I set up media sharing between my pc and my 360. But once I installed the media sharing software it broke windows media player 9...wmv files would not play correctly. Boo. Soooooooooooo I had to install windows media player 11 to fix the problem. I so know this was an evil plan by M$ to make me upgrade. Poo on them.
Anyway, I'm adding photos and videos...but it kind of sucks. It can only play wmv files...and the majority of my stuff is divx/xvid. Yes I could convert it that sucks donkey balls. M$ should just make it support all major formats (dixv, xvid, mkv, omg, etc...)
Blogspot back and running…
So google finally fixed my blog on blogger. But because that was such a hassle I’m probably going to stay with typepad. I’ve enjoyed the typepad experience so far. Plus the additional options are really sweet.
I’m going to selectively move over posts from the old site. We’ll see how many I actually do.
Sorry google, I would have never left had you just had your shit together. But you don’t so here I am.
