Why New Yorkers Live Longer Than Other Americans
The very structure of the city coerces New Yorkers to exercise far more than people elsewhere in the U.S., in a way that is strongly correlated with a far-better life expectancy. Every city block doubles as a racewalking track, every subway station, a StairMaster. Seen this way, the whole city looks like a massive exercise machine.
Things you notice while working very late at night…
Companies don't like to keep the air conditioning going at 2 in the morning.
The override switch for the a/c only works for 5-10 minutes.
The internet never gets updated after 9 PM.
Fantasy Sports gets boring after 2 straight hours.
Office chairs are not conducive for sleep.
Reading an article about deadly printers then looking at the massive one directly in front of you doesn't help to kill the time.
Eagles HD?
Booooo, Eagles preseason is not in HD.
Ike Reese sounds like crappy color commentary you would find in a subpar videogame.

No More DVD for me?…
I don't know if I'll ever buy a DVD ever again. What's the point? HD-DVD and Blu-ray are here. Why buy DVD when I will just replace it with one or the other? It pains me even more with this damn format war, makes me hesitant to buy either format until i know which one is going to be the winner.
