What the f**k am I doing?

I was up from 9 AM Saturday to 2 PM Monday with only two hrs of crappy sleep, two real meals, and a handful of junk food that based on quantity would barely measure as a meal. By now you’ve have probably assumed it was worked based, and it was. During that stint I worked 24 straight hours before taking a unfulfilling 6 hour break where I thought of nothing but work only to go back for another 12 hour stint.

Needless to say shit went to hell in a hand basket and I probably can’t go into more detail than that. But it wasn’t my fault, and my fellow KOP coworkers and I swooped in to save the day. We are nothing but fucking janitors, cleaning up other people’s messes, which is evidently clear now.

I got on a scale this evening and I've lost ten pounds since Saturday morning, that can’t be healthy…

Sunshine…

This film was a let down, starting off pretty cool, with a grand plot to try to restart the sun, and then ending up as nothing more than a run of the mill horror film. I wish they would have stayed with more scifi, exploded the effects of being alone in space for months on end, not knowing if you could possibly make it back to your friends and family, etc… But no, they decided to negate all of that and turn the last half of the film into a horror film. Boo on them.

The only positive thing about this film is that visually it’s pretty cool, but only in certain scenes. Wait for cable, avoid in any other medium.

Enchanted…

This film is enjoyable from start to finish, but goes no higher than that. Amy Adams (who is a dead ringer for Isle Fisher) gives a great performance and is the breakout star of this film. But this film does little more. There is no reason to waste your ten bucks; it’s perfectly suitable for dvd.

Gamefly Update…

So Strangehold took about 4 days to get to me, and another 5 days for it to be marked as Returned. Then NBA Homecourt took 7 days to get to me. I'm returning it today, how long will it take this time?
