I Am Legend…

So I read the book and did not enjoy it. The book was some what tedious and anti climatic. And the movie was the exact same way. The book had some interesting philosophical ideas at the end. The movie was devoid of any thought. Both where engaging in the beginning but ultimately feel apart in the clutch. Avoid both forms and just go to wikipedia.

  1. I enjoyed the book. The movie, as you said, was nothing to write home about. I would still recommend reading the book and here’s why:
    - The ending makes you think about how other legends started. I.E. the boogie man. “Don’t fall asleep tonight of the boogie man will get you!”
    - He takes a very scientific approach to vampires.
    - There’s some crazy neighbor who is constantly trying to kill him throughout the book. I don’t know why that was cool, but it was.

  2. It had interesting concepts, I just wish it was more exciting…
